Race against time: new study tests faster radiation to beat cervical cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether changing the order and schedule of radiation treatment can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced cervical cancer. Researchers want to see if giving internal radiation first, followed by a shorter course of external radiation, can better control the cancer while managing side effects. The trial will enroll 50 participants to measure cancer recurrence, survival rates, and treatment-related complications.
