New hope for kids with tough cancers: trial tests 'Living Drug'

Summary
This study is testing a new personalized cell therapy called afamitresgene autoleucel in children and young adults with advanced cancers like sarcoma and neuroblastoma. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors. Researchers will enroll up to 20 participants whose cancer cells have a specific marker called MAGE-A4.
