Summary
This study is testing a new cell therapy for adults whose blood cancers have returned or not responded to other treatments. Doctors will give patients specially engineered immune cells from donated cord blood, aiming to find a safe and effective dose. The goal is to see if this approach can help control these difficult cancers.
