Scientists test One-Time cell injection to fight diabetes
NCT ID NCT06919354
Summary
This is a very early safety study testing a one-time, personalized cell therapy called GNTI-122 in adults recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The therapy is made from a patient's own blood cells and aims to help the body better control blood sugar. Researchers will monitor 16 participants for 78 weeks to check safety and see if the treatment has any effect on diabetes markers.
