Experimental cell injection offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lupus

Summary
This is a very early study to see if a new type of cell therapy (ES-NK cell injection) is safe and might help young people (ages 5-35) with severe lupus nephritis that hasn't responded well to standard treatments. The study will test three different doses in a small group of up to 9 participants, carefully checking for side effects and any signs of improvement in kidney health.
