Summary

This study is testing a new catheter device for patients with severe, untreatable blockages in their leg arteries, a condition that often leads to amputation. The device creates a new connection between an artery and a vein to bypass the blockage and restore blood flow to the foot. The main goal is to see if this procedure can prevent major amputation or death within six months for these high-risk patients.
