Summary

This study is testing a new catheter system designed to help doctors safely open completely blocked heart arteries. It will be used in 115 adults who still have chest pain or other symptoms despite taking heart medication. The main goals are to see if the device can successfully guide a wire through the blockage and do so without causing serious heart complications.
