Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy called HBI0101 in adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that the therapy might help control the cancer.
