NCT ID NCT07249879
Summary
This is the first-ever study in people to test a new cell therapy called GC511B for adults with advanced small cell lung cancer that has returned or stopped responding to other treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the therapy shows early signs of fighting the cancer. Researchers will collect and modify a patient's own immune cells to target a specific protein on the cancer cells.
