Scientists stack therapies in 'Sandwich' attack on tough leukemia

NCT ID NCT06985498

Summary

This study is testing a new multi-step treatment plan for adolescents and adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The goal is to see if combining immunotherapy, a patient's own stem cell transplant, and a dual-target CAR-T cell therapy can better control the disease and prevent it from coming back. Researchers will enroll 40 patients to check if this 'sandwich' strategy is safe and effective.
