Summary
This study is testing a new experimental drug called IMC-R117C for people with advanced colorectal, esophageal, gastric, or ovarian cancers. The drug works by directing the body's immune cells to attack cancer cells that have a specific marker called PIWIL1. Researchers will evaluate the safety of different doses and see how well the drug works alone or combined with other treatments.
