Summary
This is an early safety study for a new oral medicine, PF-07985045, designed for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS gene mutation. The study will test the medicine by itself and combined with other cancer treatments to find a safe dose and see how the body handles it. It is for adults with certain advanced lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancers who have few other treatment options.
