Summary

This is an early-stage study testing a new oral drug called RBS2418, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced cancers that have spread or returned. The main goals are to find safe doses and see how the body processes the drug. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
