Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effects of a new experimental drug called GNC-077 in people with advanced breast cancer and other solid tumors. Researchers will give increasing doses to small groups of patients to find the highest safe amount. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug, while also looking for early signs that it might help control cancer growth.
