Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and early effectiveness of a new oral drug called ABBV-711, given alone or in combination with another drug, for adults with advanced squamous tumors. The trial is for people with cancers like certain lung or head and neck cancers who have progressed after standard treatments. Researchers will test different doses to see how the body handles the drug and if it helps control the cancer.
