Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called TYK-01054 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can help control the cancer. The trial will enroll adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
