First human test of new Cancer-Fighting pill begins

Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effectiveness of a new oral drug called BG-75202. It will be given to people with advanced breast cancer and other solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options. The study will first test the drug alone to find a safe dose, then test it in combination with other cancer therapies.
