First patients to try experimental cancer pill targeting tough tumors

Summary
This is the first study in humans testing a new oral cancer drug called ERAS-0015. Researchers want to find safe doses and see how the body processes the drug when given alone or with other treatments to 200 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and have specific RAS mutations. The main goals are to check for side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
