First patients test promising new weapon against tough cancers

Summary

This is the first time a new drug called TORL-2-307-ADC is being tested in people. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles it in 163 patients with advanced solid tumors, including stomach and pancreatic cancer. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
