Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effects of a new drug called PF-08046037. It is being tested alone and in combination with another immunotherapy drug (sasanlimab) in people with advanced or spreading cancers, including lung, head and neck, skin, and pancreatic cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug.
