Breakthrough cancer drug trial seeks to train immune system to fight advanced tumors

NCT ID NCT06840119

Summary

This study is testing a new type of immune therapy drug called IMC-R117C for people with advanced colorectal, esophageal, gastric, or ovarian cancers. The drug is designed to help the body's own immune cells find and attack cancer cells. Researchers will test the drug alone and in combination with other treatments to see if it is safe and if it helps control the cancer.
