Pfizer tests new pill to fight advanced cancers

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called PF-08032562, both alone and in combination with other cancer drugs, for people with advanced or metastatic breast or colorectal cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will enroll about 260 adults to take the pill in 28-day cycles and monitor for side effects and any impact on their cancer.
