Summary
This early-stage study aimed to find a safe dose for a new experimental drug called BMS-986258, testing it alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (nivolumab) in people with advanced cancers. It enrolled 92 participants with specific advanced tumors who had already tried standard treatments. The main goal was to check for side effects and determine how much of the drug the body could tolerate, but the trial was terminated before completion.
