Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called BAY3498264 to an existing cancer drug (sotorasib) can work better against advanced solid tumors with a specific KRAS mutation. Researchers want to find the safest dose of this combination and see if it helps patients whose cancers have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study will enroll about 104 adults who have tried other treatments without success.
