New cancer drug duo enters human testing

Summary
This study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of a new two-drug combination (QLC5513 and QL1706), given with or without standard platinum chemotherapy, for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The first part of the study will find the safest dose, and the second part will see how well the combination works to shrink tumors. It is for adults with advanced cancer who are not candidates for curative surgery or radiation.
