Summary
This study tested if a new way of stitching the muscle layer closed after a planned C-section could help reduce pain and allow mothers to walk sooner. Sixty women were randomly assigned to get either the standard stitching method or the new 'guide-suture' method. The goal was to see if this simple change in the surgical technique could make recovery more comfortable.
