Doctors test High-Tech breathing tube for safer keyhole surgery

NCT ID NCT07391969

Summary

This study is testing a new video-guided breathing tube (SaCo VLMA) for patients having laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery under general anesthesia. Researchers will compare it to other standard breathing tubes to see how easy it is to place, how well it helps patients breathe during surgery, and if it allows doctors to see the airway better. The goal is to gather information on whether this new device could be a useful option for anesthesiologists.
