New hope for tough breast cancers: trial tests promising drug combo
NCT ID NCT07366840
Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called RC48, when combined with standard chemotherapy, works better than current standard treatments for advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. It's for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatment with a specific type of targeted therapy. The trial will involve 268 participants and compare two different treatment approaches to see which helps control cancer growth longer with fewer side effects.
