New scan aims to sharpen picture of breast cancer
NCT ID NCT05659797
Summary
This study is testing a new type of breast scan that uses a special tracer to light up estrogen-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this scan can create a clearer, more detailed picture of the cancer's size and location within the breast than standard imaging. About 20 adults with newly diagnosed breast cancer will have this scan to help researchers evaluate the image quality.
