Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new two-part treatment for cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastasis). The study combines an immunotherapy drug given into the bloodstream with a chemotherapy drug injected directly into the spinal fluid. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this approach can help control the disease and extend survival for patients with advanced solid tumors.
