First patients sought for groundbreaking brain tumor drug trial

Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new drug called MT-125, given alongside standard radiation therapy for a fast-growing type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. The main goal is to find the highest dose that is safe and tolerable for patients. Researchers will enroll up to 36 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma to test different dose levels and monitor how the drug behaves in the body.
