New blood test approach could improve monitoring of rare immune disease

Summary
This study looks for new markers in the blood to better track a rare immune disease called Activated PI3K Delta Syndrome (APDS). Researchers will collect blood samples from 14 patients before and during treatment with a targeted drug. The goal is to find better ways to measure disease activity and response to therapy.
