New 4-Drug attack on tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new 4-drug combination for people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers want to see if adding a new drug called CTX-009 to the standard three-drug treatment is safe and helps control the cancer for longer. The study will enroll about 50 adults who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer.
