Summary
This research is testing a new, simple bedside device that can diagnose methanol poisoning from a single drop of blood. Methanol poisoning is dangerous and hard to diagnose, often leading to delayed treatment. The study aims to see if this quick test helps doctors start the right treatment faster, potentially saving lives in hospitals in Bangladesh and India.
