New needle technique tested for stubborn back pain
NCT ID NCT06092749
Summary
This study is testing which of two steroid injection methods works better for people with long-term back and leg pain that hasn't improved with physical therapy or medications. Researchers will compare a newer 'transgrade' injection technique against the standard 'interlaminar' method in 60 participants. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief for this difficult-to-treat condition.
