Summary
This is the first time a new drug called PF-07832837 is being tested in people. The main goal is to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. The study will involve both healthy volunteers and people with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) to check for side effects and see if it might help with skin symptoms.
