Doctors test new, less invasive method to fix dangerous aortic bulges

NCT ID NCT07141251

Summary

This study is testing a new, less invasive surgical technique called BAO-G to repair dangerous, complex aortic aneurysms (bulges in the body's main artery). The technique uses readily available devices to rebuild the artery's vital side branches. The trial will enroll 60 patients to check if the procedure is safe and if the repair lasts for up to five years.
