Summary
This study is testing a new two-part treatment for advanced angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. It combines a modified virus injected directly into tumors with a standard immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can shrink tumors in patients whose cancer has worsened despite previous immunotherapy.
