New hope for blood cancer patients: experimental combo challenges standard chemo

Summary
This study compares two treatment approaches for adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a serious blood cancer. Researchers want to see if a new combination of three drugs works better and is safer than the current standard chemotherapy. The trial will enroll 204 participants who will be randomly assigned to receive either the experimental treatment or the standard treatment.
