NCT ID NCT07157514

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment approach for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to standard therapies. It combines a targeted radiation drug with chemotherapy and low-dose whole-body radiation to prepare patients for a stem cell transplant from a donor. The main goal is to see if this new combination helps people live longer compared to the current standard treatment before transplant.
