Summary
This study tests whether adding the targeted drug venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen (CLAG-M) can improve outcomes for adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). About 52 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either CLAG-M alone or CLAG-M plus venetoclax. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to a deeper remission (negative for minimal residual disease) and longer event-free survival.
