Summary

This study tested a new combination of three cancer drugs for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) came back or did not respond to standard treatments. The main goal was to find the safest dose and understand the side effects. Researchers hoped this targeted approach would help control the aggressive cancer.
