Summary

This study is testing a combination of three treatments for people whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the combination can control the disease and is safe for patients. It is for adults aged 18-60 who have relapsed and meet specific health criteria.
