Summary

This study tested a new combination of three chemotherapy drugs (called CHA) for adults under 60 with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a serious blood cancer. The goal was to see how well this regimen worked to put the cancer into remission and how safe it was for patients. Researchers tracked whether the cancer cleared, how long patients lived, and if the cancer came back.
