Spinal injection trial begins for new Alzheimer's hope

Summary

This is the first human study of an experimental drug called RO7812653 for early Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and well-tolerated when given as a single injection into the spinal fluid. The study will enroll about 50 participants with early memory problems to monitor for side effects and see how the drug moves through the body.
