New hope for tough blood cancer: trial tests powerful drug cocktail

NCT ID NCT07224100

Summary

This study is testing a combination of several chemotherapy drugs, with or without an antibody drug, plus a targeted pill called ponatinib. It aims to see if this approach is safe and effective for adults newly diagnosed with a specific, aggressive form of leukemia or lymphoma. The goal is to control the disease and achieve deep remission, but it is not considered a cure as ongoing management is typically needed.
