Summary
This study is testing a new prevention program delivered through social media to help young adults reduce risky binge drinking and improve their overall wellness. Researchers will enroll 450 young adults in the U.S. who report heavy drinking and use Snapchat regularly. The goal is to see if this appealing, digital approach can effectively lower alcohol use and related mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression.
