Four-Drug attack on tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new four-drug combination for people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. All participants will receive the same treatment, which adds two new drugs (adebrelimab and simvastatin) to standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
