3D ultrasound aims for more precise thyroid treatment tracking
NCT ID NCT07178080
Summary
This study is testing a new 3D ultrasound technology to see if it can measure thyroid nodules more accurately and consistently than the standard 2D ultrasound after a treatment procedure. It will involve about 75 patients who are already scheduled for a thyroid nodule ablation at a specific doctor's office. The goal is to see if the new system provides more reliable measurements to help doctors better assess how well the treatment is working over time.
