Scientists probe how two nerve pain treatments actually work

NCT ID NCT05577390

Summary

This study aims to understand how two different non-invasive treatments work for diabetic nerve pain. Researchers will compare a specialized therapy called INF® Therapy with standard physical therapy in 40 adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage. They'll measure blood flow, inflammation, heart patterns, and pain levels over 6 weeks to see what physical changes each treatment causes.
